Coach Napierala begins his 14th year as an assistant for the Bison Softball program. A 1983 graduate of C.M. Russell High School, Chris went on to Concordia College, in Moorehead  Minnesota, and played baseball there. 

Coach "Nap" has been actively coaching his whole teaching career. He is the quarterback coach for the Bison football team, he has also coached freshman basketball as well as legion baseball.

Coach Olson on Coach Napierala, "Chris is very vital to our success. His knowledge and inner drive to succeed benefits the athletes as well as our over-all program's success. I feel very fortunate to have Nap helping us out." Coach Napierala works and develops infielders.
